Yang Hyun Suk has been found not guilty in the case of alleged prostitution services. Previously, Yang Hyun Suk had allegedly provided prostitution services to foreign investors.
But after conducting an investigation by searching and confiscating documents from YG Entertainment office, the police could not find enough evidence related to the case of prostitution services.
Although the police found evidence that Yang Hyun Suk did meet with investors from Southeast Asia, there is no direct evidence that he also hired prostitution services for them.
Therefore the prosecutor has decided that Yang Hyun Suk and three other people cannot be sued in the case, due to lack of evidence.
