Stone Music Entertainment Officially Terminated, This CJ ENM Response!
One of the major companies in the Korean entertainment industry, CJ ENM officially closed its sub-agency Stone Music Entertainment today. Reporting from media outlet Sports Kyunghyang on April 20th, Stone Music Entertainment has proposed to close its business on April 8th.

A source from its chief company CJ ENM said, "CJ ENM is working on rearranging its sub-labels for efficiency."

“We have liquidated Stone Music. We have done this to increase efficiency in management and provide a more effective service to our artists. Stone Music will continue to operate as a music distribution brand" said CJ ENM further.

Previously, Stone Music was a sub-agency under CJ ENM which oversaw various artists ranging from Davichi, Eric Nam, Roy Kim, SG Wannabe's Kim Yong Jun and Kim Jin Ho, g.o.d's Son Ho Young and TO1.

It is stated that the artists currently under Stone Music Entertainment will move to other agencies.

So far, CJ ENM has owned several sub-agencies, including the hip hop agency Jay Park, AOMG and H1GHR Music, to MMO Entertainment, Swing Entertainment, and Off The Record Entertainment. (www.onkpop.com)
