BLACKPINK's Jennie recently drew criticism for allegedly violating health protocols in South Korea. On April 14th, Jennie uploaded a photo on Instagram when she was at an arboretum in the city of Paju, with the caption “Going around”.
The photo shows seven people who are holding ice cream. That is what triggered the suspicion that Jennie had violated health protocol, because currently the South Korean government prohibits its citizens from gathering more than 5 people in one place.

Shortly after receiving a lot of criticism from Korean netizens, Jennie immediately deleted the post from Instagram. Now on Saturday morning (04/17), YG Entertainment explained that Jennie was at that location to do work and not just hang out with friends.
As they said, "Jennie was in the arboretum shooting video content" explained the agency. (www.onkpop.com)
