JYP Entertainment has announced that Stray Kids' Hyunjin will be on hiatus from all of his activities. This announcement was made by JYP Entertainment on Saturday (27/02), after Hyunjin was hit by rumors of bullying while still in school.
The agency said, “Hello, this is JYP Entertainment. We would like to provide information about Stray Kids' Hyunjin activities. We have contacted all parties involved with Hyunjin's schedule, and have canceled all activities while ensuring that no major losses are suffered by other parties."
“This process is quite time consuming, so announcements regarding Hyunjin's activities cannot be published as quickly as possible. Hyunjin will stop all entertainment activities to reflect on his past actions."
“He sincerely regrets hurting many people with inappropriate words during his middle school years. He wants to sincerely apologize to those who were injured and will do his best to help them heal from their wounds. We want to sincerely apologize for making fans worry" concluded the agency.
Previously, Hyunjin had also conveyed his apologies regarding the bullying issue. (www.onkpop.com)
