SHINee's Minho is the next K-Pop idol who has completed his military service. This SHINee personnel completed his mandatory military duties and left the military base on Sunday (11/15).
Initially, Minho would be given a 20-day vacation starting October 27th, according to the COVID-19 protocol. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, many soldiers carrying out their mandatory military duties are unable to leave their military bases for holidays.
In exchange, the Military Manpower Administration has allowed soldiers who will be discharged from their mandatory military duties to leave the military base early.
However, Minho had refused his 20 day vacation in order to participate in a Marine Army defense drill. Minho wants to lead the many new soldiers participating in defense drills by passing on the knowledge and technical skills he acquired during his time in the Navy. After participating in the training, Minho has now completed his mandatory military duties.
