Causing Controversy, YG Apologizes and Will Delete Nurse Scene of BLACKPINK's Jennie in 'Lovesick Girls' MV
YG Entertainment has conveyed their apologies for the scene in the music video of 'Lovesick Girls'. Previously, 'Lovesick Girls' MV was controversial, because there was a scene where Jennie wore a nurse outfit.

This scene is considered to make nurses a sexual object, because Jennie uses a tight and short skirt, to red high heels.

In response to the controversy, YG Entertainment said the day before that they would consider whether the scene would be removed from the music video for “Lovesick Girls”.

Now on Wednesday (10/07), the party announced that they would delete the entire scene of Jennie in a nurse outfit in the music video for 'Lovesick Girls'.

YG Entertainment also expressed their apologies, "We apologize once again for causing concern to the nurses," said the agency.

Meanwhile, when this article was written, the music video for “Lovesick Girls” has reached 119 million views on YouTube. (www.onkpop.com)
