COVID-19 Cases in Korea Are Increasing, Big Hit Releases a Statement Regarding BTS' Offline Concerts
Big Hit Entertainment released a statement regarding the offline concert that BTS will hold. As is well known, Big Hit has indeed planned to hold an online and offline concert entitled 'BTS MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E', where their Korean fans can meet face to face with their seven idols on stage.

However, this dream seems to be hindered by the current pandemic condition because COVID-19 cases in South Korea, especially Seoul, have again shown a significant increase.

On Thursday (08/27) Big Hit released an official statement for fans as well as considering the serious problems they are facing.

“We will make thorough preparations to prevent incidents that contribute to an increase in infections and create a safe concert hall. After the issue regarding large-scale meetings stabilizes, we will release more details about the concert,” Big Hit wrote.

The agency also asked fans for their understanding of the delay by writing,

“In order to nake an environment where artists and concertgoers can safely enjoy performances, we are making preparations with the health and safety of everyone first priority. We hope the fans will understand."

As is known, "BTS MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E" is scheduled to be held on October 10-11, 2020. (www.onkpop.com)
