The '2020 Star Athletics Championships' program or '2020 ISAC' program has announced a list of K-Pop idols who will participate.
On Friday (13/12), MBC announced 51 K-Pop groups with a total of 202 idols who will participate in the upcoming '2020 ISAC' special Chinese New Year.
MBC said, "We are doing our best to create a sports festival that can be enjoyed safely and comfortably by 202 idols. We hope that you will provide lots of support so that their sweat and spirit can shine through 'ISAC'."
Various K-Pop groups that will participate are AOA, SEVENTEEN, ITZY, MONSTA X, Apink, NCT Dream, MAMAMOO, Stray Kids, MOMOLAND, SF9, Park Ji Hoon, (G)I-DLE, VICTON, AB6IX, ATEEZ, WJSN, LOONA, Ha Sung Woon, The Boyz, Kim Jae Hwan, N.Flying, Oh My Girl, Golden Child, DIA, GUGUDAN, Jeong Sewoon, GWSN, Cherry Bullet, JBJ95, APRIL, ONF, Rocket Punch, NATURE, BDC, VERIVERY, ARIAZ, SATURDAY, 1THE9, 1TEAM, PinkFasy, South Club, DONGKIZ, Newkidd, NOIR, Hash Tag, PURPLEBECK, Seven O'Clock, SPECTRUM, GreatGuys, WE IN THE ZONE, OnlyOneOf, 3YE, and Bz-Boys.
Previously it has been revealed seven major sports that will be contested, namely track and field, archery, ssireum (Korean wrestling), baseball throw, penalty shootout, eSports, and horseback riding.
The filming of the '2020 ISAC' special Chinese New Year will soon be held in Incheon on December 16, 2019, while the screening will only take place on January 25 and 26, 2020 during the Lunar New Year holiday. (www.onkpop.com)
