One former KARA member, Kang Ji Young is rumored returning to a career in South Korea. On Monday (02/11), Kang Ji Young reportedly will sign an exclusive contract with the KeyEast agency.
The news was later confirmed by KeyEast, "Kang Ji Young has built her career as an actress in Japan since 2014, starting from supporting cast to being the lead actor. We will give full support to her so she can also carry out her acting career in South Korea."
After debuting as a member of KARA in 2008, starting in 2014 Kang Ji Young did focus on her acting career in Japan.
KeyEast itself is one of the agencies that houses many popular actors and actresses in South Korea, including Son Hyun Joo, Joo Ji Hoon, Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Soo Hyun, Jung Ryeo Won, Kim Dong Wook, So Yi Hyun, and Woo Do Hwan. (www.onkpop.com)
