Red Velvet fan who attended 'K-World Festa 2019' claimed that she got sexually abused during the concert. The sexual harassment was happened when Red Velvet was performing 'Power Up' at 'K-World Festa 2019' concert last August 16.
Through her Twitter account, she wrote, "Today when watching 'K-World Festa 2019', more precisely when the second half of Red Velvet 'Power Up' appearance, there was a man whose face was completely covered behind me."
"The man then spilled fluids on the back and bottom of my body. At first I thought that he had spilled drinks accidentally, because we were in the standing zone. After the performance is over, I try to wipe it off when the light is on.”
"I later realized that the liquid felt sticky. I was very scared so I asked for help from the guard. The guards then helped me get rid of the liquid and tried to calm me down.”
"I've never experienced anything like this before, so I didn't know what to do, so I wrote this post. If any of you see a suspicious man in section D, please DM me. I really need information about the perpetrator."
"I really want to punish him so that things like this do not happen again to other people," wrote the victim.
