"Produce 101" Japanese Version Will Be Held Soon
The Japanese version of 'Produce 101' program will soon be held this year. On Thursday (11/04), representatives of CJENM and Japan's main entertainment conglomerate, Yoshimoto Kogyo, attended a press conference held in Tokyo.

Through the press conference, CJENM and Yoshimoto Kogyo announced plans to work together to hold a Japanese version of the idol survival program entitled 'Produce 101 Japan'.

This program will take the same format as 'Produce 101' program in South Korea, which will be starring male trainees. A total of 11 trainees will be chosen as winners to be named as a new boy group by 2020.

Duo comedian Ninety-nine (Nainai) has been chosen as the main MC who will later deliver the program. (www.onkpop.com)
