'MAMA 2018' has just held one of their total three days of awards. 'MAMA 2018' has been successfully opened in South Korea, before it was held in Japan and closed in Hong Kong on December 12 and 14.
At this award ceremony, ‘MAMA 2018’ gave the Best New Artist award trophy to Stray Kids and IZ*ONE. Whereas DDP Best Trend is given to Wanna One, and (G) I-DLE gets the Best of Next award.
In addition, ‘MAMA 2018’ also awarded the Best New Asian Artist to newcomers in Asian countries, including Marion Jola from Indonesia, The Toys from Thailand, and Orange from Vietnam.
