NMIXX Confirmed to Perform at Billboard Latin Music Week

NMIXX will be the first Kpop artist to participate in the Billboard Latin Music Week event. Billboard Latin Music Week, now in its 35th year, is the largest event in the Latin music industry.

Leila Cobo, Chief Content Officer of Billboard Latin said, “We are thrilled that NMIXX will be the first Kpop artists to participate in Billboard Latin Music Week.”

She continued, “We hope that the group's unique dynamic energy will enrich the event and create a new place of harmony between musical cultures.”

Billboard Latin Music Week will be held at The Fillmore Miami Beach in the United States for five days from October 14 to 18. NMIXX itself will be present at the Billboard Latin Music Week event on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024.

At the event, they will also talk about the presence of Kpop in the Latin music market. NMIXX has shown their presence as a girl group with their solid skills and original musical colors in every album.

In particular, their latest song “See that?” has steadily increased in rankings since its release, and recently climbed into the top 20 of the Melon Top 100 chart.

TWICE has started their career since 2015, which means it has been 9 years since their debut in this industry. The Kpop group made by JYP Entertainment has gone through many obstacles, and is still able to survive until now.

Nayeon, Momo, Jeongyeon, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu have even passed the 7 year curse. TWICE is one of the third generation Kpop groups that is still surviving in the fourth and fifth generation era.

(G)I-DLE's Soyeon Composes a Song on QWER's Latest Album 'Algorithms Blossom'

Coming back soon, QWER made fans enthusiastic after reportedly working with GIDLE's Soyeon for their second mini album. QWER is rumored to be making a comeback soon with the release of their 2nd mini album, one of the songs of which is a song written by (G)I-DLE leader Jeon Soyeon.

Soyeon reportedly contributed one song to QWER's second mini album, "Algorithms Blossom". This is known after QWER released a highlight medley video for the mini album "Algorithms Blossom" on their official YouTube channel on September 18th.

In the video, QWER shows the title and credits of each song on their second mini album, "Algorithms Blossom". Soyeon is known to have participated in the third song which is also the main song or title track on the mini album "Algorithms Blossom" entitled "Sunny".

On Tuesday September 17, 2024, NewJeans posted a Chuseok 2024 greeting video on its official YouTube channel. All members wore calm colored hanbok and showed off their elegant appearance.

Red Velvet's official fan club community shares a poster image of Red Velvet's 2024 Fancon Asia Tour (19/06). Through this post, Red Velvet officially released their Asian tour schedule for the Fancon Happiness My Dear Reve1uv.

Various K-Pop girl groups managed to rank brand reputation this month. The Korean Business Research Institute on Sunday has returned with the results of their latest research for K-Pop girl groups in South Korea.

This time the ranking was obtained based on K-Pop girl group data which had been collected since January 12th, 2023. NewJeans managed to occupy the first place this month, after getting a total data sheet of 5,851,068 points.

Some keywords related to NewJeans this month are 'OMG', 'YouTube' and 'Hype Boy'. Furthermore, BLACKPINK is in second place this month, after obtaining a total data sheet of 4,928,763 points.

Girl group H1 KEY has successfully rocketed to third place this month, after getting a total of 2,994,726 points with an increase of 1,872.60%.

IVE and LE SSERAFIM followed in fourth and fifth place, with the acquisition of data sheets of 2,789,385 and 2,671,223 points respectively.
