After undergoing a long process of trial for all criminal charges against him, Seungri has officially received a prison sentence of 3 years. However, on August 18th, 2021, it was reported through South Korean media, it was known that Seungri would appeal against the 3-year sentence.
Previously, through a long trial for approximately 10 months, Seungri had denied 8 of the other 9 accusations which may be the subject of his future appeal.
