Shownu decided to undergo self-isolation after he got the unclear COVID-19 test results. Today, Starship Entertainment announced that Shownu will be absent from MONSTA X's scheduled online event for their Japanese single 'Neo Universe'.
Starship stated, “On March 8th, Shownu was pre-tested for COVID-19 with his staff at the scheduling team's request before his personal schedule. His test results came out inconclusive on the afternoon of March 9th. After the results come out, he immediately retests and will be isolated until the results are confirmed."
With Shownu's absence at an online event that had been scheduled long ago, Starship also expressed an apology to fans. Meanwhile, MONSTA X last made a comeback with 'Love Killa' in November 2020. (www.onkpop.com)
