BTS and TWICE managed to get Platinum certificates with their newest album in Japan. The Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) has just announced the list of certified albums in July.
According to the list, BTS' “Map of the Soul: 7 ~The Journey~” was awarded the Triple Platinum certificate, indicating that the album has sold 750 thousand copies in Japan.
"Map of the Soul: 7 ~The Journey~" is BTS' newest album in Japan which contains a total of 13 songs, including the original Japanese songs "Stay Gold" and "Your Eyes Tell".
Apart from BTS, TWICE's Japanese single "Fanfare" also managed to get a Platinum certificate after selling more than 250 thousand copies.
