The prosecutor's office again requested an arrest warrant for Seungri. According to reports from South Korean media on Friday (01/10), the prosecutor again requested an arrest warrant for Seungri from the court.
The request was sent by the prosecutor's office after 7 months ago the court rejected Seungri arrest warrant submitted by the police.
In May 2019 the police had indeed requested an arrest warrant for Seungri on charges of using prostitution services, violations of food sanitation laws, violations of business operation laws, and tax evasion.
The prosecutors are now requesting arrest warrants for several cases, including sexual harassment by spreading illegal photos of three female victims, gambling habits, illegal foreign exchange, providing prostitution services to foreign clients and many more, totaling 7 case.
