SNSD's Taeyeon managed to top the iTunes chart in various countries with her latest album. On Thursday (01/16) SM Entertainment announced that Taeyeon's repackage album "Purpose" had ranked first on the iTunes album chart in 24 countries.
The 24 countries include Indonesia, Australia, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Lebanon, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Macau, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, Paraguay, Russia, United Arab Emirates, and Israel.
At the end of 2019 Taeyeon successfully rank first on the iTunes album chart in 22 countries, became the nwe record that Taeyeon made with her solo album.
Aside from the iTunes repackage album 'Purpose', Taeyeon also got a good welcome in China through the QQ Music, KuGou Music and Kuwo Music platforms.
