The clothes J-Hope wore in 2018 MAMA in Japan became a conversation of netizens. On December 12, BTS was present at the '2018 Mnet Asian Music Awards' annual event held in Saitama, Japan. In the award, BTS won 4 trophies including Top 10 'Worldwide Fans' Choice, 'Favorite Music Video' with 'Idol', 'Favorite Male Dance Artist', and 'Worldwide Icon of the Year'.
When BTS appeared on the stage to deliver a speech, the audience's attention fell to J-Hope. At that time, J-Hope was wearing black clothes with small white and pink bee decorations. Because of the stage lighting, J-Hope's clothes look like invisibility robes of a Harry Potter fantasy novel on television.
