The judge has decided to reject the arrest command that was submitted to Goo Hara's ex-boyfriend. The past few weeks public is indeed being shocked by cases of physical violence and threats to sex tape videos involving Goo Hara and her ex-boyfriend, Choi Jong Bum.
After an investigation by the police, judge Lee Eon Hak refused the arrest warrant sent to Choi Jong Bum.
The judge said, "The defendant, after getting a wound on his face that was serious enough to influence his daily activities, became angry and said he would release the video."
