List of Idols Who Reached the Top Position on the Billboard World Albums Chart
BOYNEXTDOOR's new mini album "19.99" debuted at the top spot on the World Albums chart this week, in addition to becoming their first album to enter the top 40 of the Billboard 200.
19.99 is the third mini album by South Korean boy group BOYNEXTDOOR, released on September 9th, 2024, through KOZ Entertainment.
Stray Kids' latest album "ATE" rose again to No. 2 in its ninth week on the World Albums chart, and also rose to No. 90 on the Billboard 200.
BTS Jimin's solo album "MUSE" also jumped to No. 3 in its ninth week on the World Albums chart, becoming his first solo album to spend nine weeks on the Billboard 200.
LE SSERAFIM's new mini album "CRAZY" took 4th place in its third week on the World Albums chart, while remaining on the Billboard 200 at No. 127.
ENHYPEN with their album "ROMANCE : UNTOLD" which was released on June 12th, 2024 managed to stay in 5th position in the 10th week on the World Albums chart.
The album with the main song XO was also their first album to occupy the top position for 10 consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200.
BTS's first anthology album "Proof" rose to No. 8 in its 119th week on the World Albums chart. The album was released on June 10, 2022 via Big Hit Music. Even though it is quite old, this album with the main single "Yet to Come" has managed to compete with other idol albums which will be released in the second half of 2024.
Tzuyu's solo debut mini album "abouTZU" with its main single Run Away followed in 9th position in the second week of Billboard World Albums.
Meanwhile, aespa "Armageddon" rose back to 10th position in its 17th week on the chart.
SEVENTEEN's "17 IS RIGHT HERE" rose to 11th place in its 21st week. The album's title song "MAESTRO" showed its global appeal by topping the global rankings.
Lastly, NewJeans' 2023 mini album "Get Up" re-entered the chart at 13th place, marking its 59th week overall on the chart.
