One of the soloists from South Korea, Baekhyun is currently a hot topic of conversation among netizens. This happened because one of the posts uploaded to the X account showed Baekhyun smoking an electronic cigarette or vape while in Macau.
The video shows Baekhyun chatting in a corner while smoking, along with several people who are thought to be staff members. Suddenly this post caught the public's attention because Macau has its own rules regarding smoking in several places, including electronic cigarettes.
Some people believe that the incident occurred when the singer of the song "Pineapple Slice" was holding a concert in Macau last June. Because the clothes Baekhyun wears in the video look the same as when he held a concert.
To prevent the controversy from spreading further, Baekhyun's agency finally spoke up. Baekhyun's agency, INB100, responded with an official apology as follows:
