A BLACKPINK choreographer named Kiel Tutin recently talked about the death threats he has received. The threat of murder was due to his choreography for BLACKPINK's lead singles and B-side singles "Lovesick Girls" and "Pretty Savage".
Some fans considered that the choreography was unsatisfactory and many believed that some of it had been used by other groups.
But whatever the reasons given, Kiel Tutin revealed that he still receives hate comments, death threats, and he has even seen photoshop posts claiming to be racist.
He also clarified that he only makes about 20% of the choreography of the song, as K-pop companies usually use many different choreographers and also have in-house choreographers who take the choreography created by outside choreographers for them and combine many factors. (www.onkpop.com)
