YG Entertainment stated, “After pre-orders for the limited edition full album 'THE ALBUM' opened, the album sold out in seconds. The pre-orders for the regular version album also exceeded the number that was beyond our expectations, so we are currently in the process of producing more albums."

'THE ALBUM' is BLACKPINK's first full album since debut which will be officially released on October 2nd, 2020.

Before releasing the album, BLACKPINK had revealed two pre-release songs, titled "How You Like That" and "Ice Cream". Congratulations to BLACKPINK! (
