Former FIESTAR girl group member Jei announced news that shocked fans. This 31-year-old former K-Pop idol has announced her wedding plans through her personal YouTube channel.
In the video Jei announced, "I met someone I want to spend the rest of my life with and I'm getting married on October 9th."
"I know this news is sudden and perhaps shocking, but I have been thinking about this for a long time, I'm not sure how to convey this news to you."
“It's been 8 years since I debuted as a FIESTAR member in 2012. During that time, I'm really happy to be able to make happy memories with you. And with all the love I've received from all of you, I'm really happy and feel grateful," she said.
This wedding ceremony will be held simply, with only family and close relatives present. Previously, Jei and her future husband planned to hold a wedding reception in the spring, but the plans had to be canceled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Apart from announcing the news through a YouTube video, Jei has also announced it through a letter that she uploaded on Instagram.
