EXO fans in South Korea recently made a petition to expel Chen from the group. Lately, there have been pros and cons among EXO fans, after Chen announced his wedding plans.
In the end fan disappointment with Chen's decision, the EXO-L in South Korea demanded that he immediately leave the group.
Recently there was a petition made by one of EXO's biggest fanbases in South Korea, EXO-L ACE. Through the petition, the EXO-L in South Korea explained Chen's demands and reasons for being excluded from the group.
Seeing the protests by EXO-L, Korean netizens on the Nate website commented:
