6 BTS Members Are Included in The KGMA Nomination List, Here is The List

Becoming a top idol is definitely almost everyone's dream. Maybe that's what every BTS member feels, being a shining top idol definitely makes them known and liked by many people.

Debuting in 2013, the path that BTS took was not as easy as they thought, they experienced many unpleasant incidents. Being faced with that smile is what made BTS as big as it is now.

Not infrequently they get several awards from both members and group awards that they achieve. One of them recently was that almost all BTS members were nominated for KGMA 2024.

Here is the list of nominees:

A. Best Artist:

1. V is in 1st place with a total of 7,041 votes.

3. Jungkook is in 3rd place with a total of 5,540 votes.
5. Jimin is in 5th place with a total of 5,263 votes. 

6. RM occupies position 6 with a total of 3,962 votes.
8. Jhope occupies position 8 with a total of 3,310 votes.

 

B. Best Song:

1."Who" by Jimin is in 1st position with a total of 8,207 votes.
4. "SEVEN" by Jungkook is in 4th position with a total of 3,387 votes.

On Tuesday (28/11) the first day of the 2023 MAMA Awards was officially held. This year MAMA or Mnet Asian Music Awards was held at Tokyo Dome, Japan. The theme of the 2023 MAMA Awards is ”ONE | BORN” which has great meaning in the development of K-pop music.

Here is the Full List of Winners of The 2022 Hanteo Music Awards Day Two

The second day of the award ceremony titled Hanteo Music Awards 2022 was successfully held. After holding the first day of the event last Friday, on Saturday the second day of the 2022 Hanteo Awards ceremony was held.

The 2022 Hanteo Music Awards was held to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Hanteo Chart since its establishment.

Through this award ceremony, BTS managed to bring home a total of 2 Daesang trophies for the Best Artist and Best Song Awards categories.

Meanwhile, NCT Dream managed to get the Daesang trophy for the Best Album category and Stray Kids won the Daesang trophy for the Best Performance category.

KCON 2023 in Thailand Reveals the Second Line Up of Artists to Perform!

KCON 2023 which was held in Thailand again revealed the line up of artists who are ready to give performances. Previously it was known that KCON 2023 would be held in Thailand in March 2023.

KCON 2023 itself is a large-scale concert held by CJ E&M since 2012. This is not the first time, in 2019, Thailand also hosted a KCON concert.

After previously announcing their first line up, now KCON 2023 is reintroducing the artists to enliven the concert. These are INI, Kep1er, TNX, and TO1, the groups that are ready to present their performances at KCON 2023.

Previously KCON 2023 had also released its first line up, namely 8TURN, Bambam, (G)I-DLE, iKON, JO1, KQ Fellaz 2, Mbitious, P1Harmony, and GOT7's Youngjae.

KCON 2023 will later be held at the IMPACT Arena and IMPACT Exhibition Center on March 18th and 19th 2023.

Hanteo Music Awards 2022 Reveals First Line Up of Artists to Attend!

The 2022 Hanteo Music Awards ceremony has finally announced the lineup of artists who will attend. In November 2022, Hanteo had indeed announced their plans to hold a music award event. The award ceremony titled Hanteo Music Awards 2022 was held in order to celebrate Hanteo's 30th birthday.

Now on Tuesday, January 31st, the 2022 Hanteo Music Awards has announced the first lineup consisting of NCT Dream, Kim Ho Joong, Jeong Dong Won, CIX, WEi, BE'O, TEMPEST, LUCY, and EPEX.

Previously, S.E.S's Eugene, CIX's Hyunsuk, and EPEX's Baekseung were confirmed to be the MCs on the first day. Meanwhile, Eugene will also be the MC on the second day with senior host, Shin Dong Yup.

The 2022 Hanteo Music Awards are planned to be held at the Jamsil Arena, on the 10th and 11th of February 2023. (www.onkpop.com)

Here's the Line Up of Artists Who Will Perform at 2023 KCON Thailand!

This year the KCON 2023 concert will be held in a Southeast Asian country, Thailand. KCON 2023 is a grand K-Pop concert held by CJ E&M since 2012 in various countries.

These countries are the United States, France, Australia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and many more. In 2019, Thailand became the first Southeast Asian country to be visited by a KCON concert.

And now in 2023, the KCON 2023 concert will be held at the IMPACT Arena and IMPACT Exhibition Center on March 18th and 19th.

Through the first line up that was released, various artists who were confirmed to be attending were GOT7's Bambam and Youngjae, (G)I-DLE, iKON, 8TURN, JO1, KQ Fellaz 2, Mbitious, and P1Harmony. 

As this is just the first line up, it is certain that there will be many more K-Pop artists attending the upcoming KCON 2023 Thailand concert.

Netizens Admit Disappointed With Final Line Up at 2022 SBS Gayo Daejeon?

SBS, the television station which is the organizer of the Gayo Daejeon year-end music festival, is known to have announced the final line-up for their activities, which are now reaping responses from South Korean netizens.

It is known that SBS, on December 9th, 2022 has announced the line-up of performers for the 2022 SBS Gayo Daejeon which will be held on December 24th, 2022, at Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul.

The full list of performers includes NCT 127, NCT DREAM, THE BOYZ, Stray kids, (G)I-DLE, ATEEZ, ITZY, TXT, CRAVITY, aespa, ENHYPEN, IVE, NMIXX, TEMPEST, LE SSERAFIM, and NewJeans via poster with the caption 'BEST LINE UP'.

However, many disappointed responses were made by South Korean netizens through a thread on the Theqoo community forum.

'2021 KBS Song Festival' Announces Line Up of Artists to Perform

The year-end music festival titled '2021 KBS Song Festival' has announced the line-up of artists who will be performing. On Friday (12/03), KBS announced that Red Velvet, Stray Kids, TXT, Oh My Girl, ITZY, The Boyz, aespa, ENHYPEN, Kang Daniel, and Lee Mujin will be performing at their year-end music festival.

As previously announced, the '2021 KBS Song Festival' will be hosted by three MCs consisting of ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo, AOA's Seolhyun and SF9's Rowoon.

The award ceremony titled '2021 Asia Artist Awards' has been successfully held. This award was held on Thursday (12/02), presenting top Korean singers and celebrities. Not only presenting trophies to singers, the '2021 Asia Artist Awards' also presented trophies to actors and actresses.

'MMA 2021' Announces Final Line Up of Upcoming Artists

The 'MMA 2021' or 'Melon Music Awards 2021' awards show has announced the final line-up of artists who will attend. Previously, 'MMA 2021' had announced several line ups of artists who would be attending, there are IU, Lee Mujin, Heize and Lim Young Woong.
